Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Premium quality extra virgin olive oil, this olive oil is used in many starred restaurants. This extra virgin olive oil is obtained by cold-pressing olives from 4 premium olive varieties. The olive oil comes from the Extramedura region of Spain.
Balsamico di Modena
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P., originating from Italy, is an authentic and high-quality vinegar with the Protected Geographical Indication, ensuring that it truly comes from Modena, Italy. The "I.G.P." designation also indicates a minimum aging time of 12 years. This balsamic vinegar is made exclusively from cooked grape must and is aged for over 12 years in various wooden barrels.
