A personalised map of your place

Some places stay with you: the street you grew up on, the flat where you first lived together, the village where you got married. A personalised map print puts that place on your wall, drawn from real map data rather than a generic skyline.

Search for an address, a village or a city anywhere in the world. The map shows streets, water and parks, based on OpenStreetMap data. Zoom in or out to choose the area: just your own street and the corners around it, or the whole town with its river and green spaces. That makes it a custom map print in the truest sense, showing exactly the piece of the world you choose.

The map of where we met

A map of where we met says something a photo can't quite say. Think of the café where you had your first coffee, the bus stop where you got talking, or the campus where you shared a lecture hall. Put a heart on the exact spot, add your names and the date as a subtitle, and the map turns into your story. Guests see a beautiful city map print; you see where it all began.

Coordinates and a marker on the spot

Under the map we automatically print the place name and its coordinates. Latitude and longitude point to exactly the spot that matters. For visitors it's a small riddle; for you, a reminder that needs no explanation.

A marker is optional. Choose none, a pin, a heart, a star or a little house. The heart suits the place you met, the little house your first home, and the star a place where something special happened. Without a marker, the map stands for the whole neighbourhood or town.

Five styles in several colours

The style decides how your map feels on the wall. There are five, and each comes in several colours:

• Minimal: clean lines and lots of calm, ideal for modern rooms.
• Blue water: rivers, lakes and coastlines stand out. Lovely for Dublin and the Liffey, Galway Bay or the canals of Amsterdam.
• Night: dark and elegant, a real eye-catcher above the sofa.
• Warm cream: soft, warm tones for a cosy home.
• Heart: the whole map inside a heart shape, for couples and weddings.

Add a title and names or a subtitle in your own words: the name of the street, a date, or a line such as ‘Our first home’.

Frame and sizes

Every personalised map print is printed sharply and framed in black wood, with a white mount and real glass. Choose between two sizes: 30 × 40 cm or 40 × 50 cm. Already have a frame you like? Then order a city map poster in A3, without a frame.

The design is free. Play with the area, the style and the marker for as long as you like; you only order once everything is right.
