Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P., originating from Italy, is an authentic and high-quality vinegar with the Protected Geographical Indication, ensuring that it truly comes from Modena, Italy. The "I.G.P." designation also indicates a minimum aging time of 12 years. This balsamic vinegar is made exclusively from cooked grape must and is aged for over 12 years in various wooden barrels.

Our olive oil is an extra virgin and blend of 4 quality olive varieties. The balsamic is an IGP which immediately indicates that it has an aging time of no less than 12 years.
