Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil
From organically grown olives, a well-balanced oil is obtained, rich in nuances. It has an intense fruity aroma with notes of freshly cut grass, and a pleasantly balanced bitter and spicy sensation, complemented by hints of green almond and apple. The olive oil comes from the Province of Alicante in Spain.
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P., originating from Italy, is an authentic and high-quality vinegar with the Protected Geographical Indication (Indication Géographique Protégée), ensuring that it truly comes from Modena, Italy. The "I.G.P." designation also guarantees a minimum ageing period of 12 years. This balsamic vinegar is made from cooked grape must and undergoes a lengthy ageing process of more than 12 years in various wooden barrels, resulting in an unforgettable and intense taste experience.
Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
