How long is the gift card valid?
24 months from purchase. The expiry date is on the card.
Is anything shipped?
No. The gift card is digital: you get it by email right after payment, also as a PDF. That's why there are no shipping costs.
Can the card be used more than once?
Yes. The amount comes off the total; whatever is left can be used later.
How do I send the card on?
In the email and in your account under "My gift cards", click "Send on". Add a name, a message and, if you like, a photo and an email address. You can also print the card as a PDF.
Can I use a discount code?
Not when buying a gift card. The recipient can use a discount code when redeeming it.
How do I redeem the card?
Design a gift at makeyour.com and enter the code in the "Discount code or gift card" field in your cart.
